Flying Pole

Spin your way to a stronger, more        confident you. Flying pole takes pole fitness to new heights with extra spins, throws and orbits.

Mixed Aerial

Have fun and build strength while trying different aerial arts equipment. We will explore: aerial hoop, aerial sling, aerial hammock, aerial silks and static trapeze. All our classes focus on progression rather than perfection, for a low pressure environment

Teen Lollipop 

Enjoy spins, climbs and flowing transitions on the lollipop lyra. A unique    combination of aerial hoop and pole fitness, lollipop lyra is a favourite for many!

Circus Tots

Youth Classes

Designed specifically for our youngest aerialists aged 3-5 years, this class is an excellent opportunity for your child to explore new skills. They will get to try aerial hoop and aerial hammock in this class that combines games with learning.
